**🥋 HAPPY INTERNATIONAL TAEKWONDO DAY! 🧡🖤**

Every black belt started somewhere.

A first class. A first belt. A first board broken. And little by little, lessons that reach far beyond the mats begin to take hold.

**Courtesy. Integrity. Perseverance. Self-Control. Indomitable Spirit.**

Today we celebrate Taekwondo and everything this journey gives our students — confidence, discipline, friendships, resilience and the courage to keep growing.

Because at TUFF, we’re not just developing martial artists.

**🥋 MASTER JC EXPLAINS | Indomitable Spirit**

What does it mean to have an **indomitable spirit?**

It means refusing to give up when things get hard. 💪

It’s having the courage to keep going after a setback, the determination to face challenges, and the confidence to stand back up every time you fall.

At TUFF, Taekwondo is about more than learning techniques — it’s about developing the mindset to face whatever life puts in front of you. 🧡🖤
