Redland Fitness Camp We offer personalized fitness programs designed for those who are either new to training or those who regularly train. We have a group session Monday to Friday.

We teach the fundamental movements starting by building a general base of mobility, stability and cardiovascular endurance. From 5:30am to 7:00am. From 9:30 to 11:00am. From 5:30pm to 7:00pm to 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Each session is 1:30 hours. The composition is in 3 parts. 30 minutes for warm out, 30 minutes principal part And the las 30 minutes are for abdominal and stretching. For the personal trai
