You didn’t start to stop in the middle of the process, you didn’t to give up later on. Empire Fitness Club is a group fitness, High Intensity, circuit training facility designed to Lose Weight, tone-up, gain muscle and get healthy.
Workouts are designed and suitable for anyone 14 and older (parents consent). All workouts are easily modifiable to be able accommodate all age groups. Established in 2017, Empire Fitness Club has became a giant family. The atmosphere and vibe we have created is why the empire has been a success. Where Strangers become friends, friends become motivators, and pushes each other to levels you’ve never imagined. Everyday is a different workout so you never know what to expect. That’s what makes the workouts fun. )

🚨This is the result being committed, training hard, following the Shaklee Plan🍃💪🏼 I’m so proud of you 🎉🎊🎉 If you want to see and feel change you have to change your patterns and routines, you don’t have to be 100% strict for the rest of your life, but we have to become happier with our levels of fitness, health and strength. Its not going to happen overnight. Consistency hard work and dedication. Once you have done the hard work, built some lean muscle and burnt some fat, it will become an addiction!!!! Small wins equate to dramatic change!
