Working on something pretty cool. Last time I was at Sebring International Raceway I tested it out for the first time and pretty soon it’s going to be in a few people’s hands to give me some feedback and hopefully it could help them. Can’t wait to be back in the saddle of my Brandon Jarsocrak Racing BBS Race Engine Development power in the 2-cycle national scene at the Stars Championship Series Night Fight! One of my favorite series and events on the calendar. Super excited to see what we can do with the best equipment in the paddock at a race like this!

Another one down at AMR Motorplex by MG Tires !

Fun weekend back with the Homestead Karting and 4G Motorsports boys. No practice caused us to miss the set up a bit in the pre-final and final but came home with a respectable 5th place finish in the most competitive local field so far this year and on a super tight track.

Also super proud for my little brother Jacob on his first cadet race! He kept pushing hard to get faster every time out there. Thank you for everyone making these weekends possible and I can’t wait to be back at it for some fun stuff in the coming weeks!

Not the Summer Nationals we were hoping for, but there were some bright spots.

Mechanical issues held me and my mechanic for the weekend Matt Overbeck back from getting dialed in but we managed to qualify 3rd in Light and 10th in Medium. In the heat races we had pace but just not enough to slice and dice through the pack like we wanted to, lining us up 9th in Light and 19th in Medium after an unfortunate penalty cost us a ton of starting spots.

In the Light main, we sat on the grid as it stopped raining, which we thought was perfect for the kart we set up to be fast as it dried, but it never did. I started to slowly drop back but then made a mistake that ended our race. In medium we got back dialed in but after almost getting turned around on a damp track on the start and dropping back a few spots to 23rd, we charged back through the field to a 10th place finish and the fastest lap in one of the more spread out races I’ve been in.

Overall, we wanted a lot more but it was nice to see the pace we got out of it by the end of the weekend. Thank you to Matt for being on the wrenches and never giving up! Also thank you to Precision Performance Karting - Palmetto, Fl and Brandon Jarsocrak Racing for all the support and Pauly Massimino and James Overbeck for the coaching. Also thank you to Coyote Racing Chassis for bringing me the fast kart and lawsonspeedshop for the power! Can’t wait to come back at the Grands in just 2 months!
