Inlet Charters has specialized in halibut, salmon, & rockfish charters for over 30 years! Our charters are geared towards having fun & fishing until every one gets their 2 fish limit, so be prepared for a wonderful day on the water! We also offer sea kayaking, bear viewing, marine wildlife tours, local lodging, & more! New halibut regulations allow a two fish limit with one fish 28" or less & one

fish of any size and the new regulations prohibit retention of halibut on Wednesdays. We have a variety of halibut charter boats to choose from & we are sure to have just the right one for you. The halibut and salmon fishing charter boats are clean, safe, and comfortable. We are happy to work with you to make sure your trip to Homer is all that you dreamed of. The Whistler crew has been putting in the work, and days like this make for one heck of a ride back to Homer. Plenty of halibut on board, beautiful Alaska water behind us, and some very happy anglers heading home with full coolers.

Another great halibut hitting the deck out on Kachemak Bay! Whether it’s your first time fishing in Alaska or you’ve been chasing halibut for years, there’s something pretty hard to beat about reeling one up from the depths and getting to hold your catch at the end of it.

We love taking out the avid anglers who are ready to fish hard all day—but some of our favorite days are when families come fishing with us. 🎣💙

There’s just something special about having kids on the boat, watching them learn how to hold a rod, feeling that first tug on the line, and sometimes getting to witness their very first fish being caught.

Those are the moments that make an Alaska fishing trip about so much more than what ends up in the cooler. They’re memories families get to take home with them—and we’re pretty lucky to be a small part of them.

A big lingcod, a beautiful yelloweye, and a fish box full of Alaska goodness — hard to beat a day like this on the water!

Captain Joe and the Top Teal crew are putting some serious fish on deck! 💪🐟 And the season isn’t over yet, Joe will be fishing through mid-September, so there’s still time to get out on the Top Teal and catch some fish with him!

What else does one do when they aren't working??

One of our favorite things about Captain Drew is that his days on the water don't end when the charter is over. More often than not, you'll find him right back out there, spending time with family, chasing fish, and making memories of his own.

Safe to say, the passion for fishing doesn't stop at work. 🐟❤️
