Western Mass Impact Gaming Local Video Game Venue IMPACT is a collective of individuals dedicated to bringing the competitive gaming scene to the North-East Coast.

Local to Western, MA; they have set up shop with TNT pizza out of Holyoke, MA to provide a quality environment for like-minded players to come together and enjoy their favorite Hobby: Competitive gaming, on every level. Boasting a plethora of years on the competitive scene, the minds at work behind IMPACT's final goals are to start a yearly dedicated gamecon local to the Massachusetts area!

Currently featuring multiple displays for:
SOUL CALIBER 5 (2 Screens)
KING OF FIGHTERS XIII (2 Screens)
SUPER SMASH BROS BRAWL (1 Dedicated Screen)

Live game sessions are held:
Every Wednesday
4pm-2am

Only 5$ to enter, only to cover the cost of renting the space. Play as long as you'd like! Beer is available for sale, a photo ID is required.

13+ to enter, 21+ to drink! TOURNAMENTS: Will be held every SECOND SUNDAY OF THE MONTH. Minimum Entry fee will be announced relative to the game being featured in the tournament (Different depending on game/local scene). Tournaments games will be announced a minimum of (2) two weeks in advance for players to prepare. Winners take home as followed:

First place 40% entries
Second place 20% of entries
Third place 10% of entries

Remaining funds of entries will be applied towards future IMPACT Game displays and rental costs. All tournaments will be live-streamed in HD to the major streaming services (Justin.tv, Own3d.tv etc etc) with LIVE COMMENTARY! Make yourself known across the nation with our viewers!

this Wednesday at TnT we will be holding tournaments for SC5, SFxT, and KOF...maybe other games if people are interested entry for all will be 5 but thinking of doing a 2 dollar team tournament for SFxT anyways hope to see everyone there!!!

Hey everyone Impact is back up and running, i just delayed it last week because i was in Philly for winter brawl but now we are back in full effect! same as usual 10 sets ups SC5, UMvC, KOF, SFAE2012, MK, and SSBM remember all its 5$ to play all night ood there is good and of course we can drink some! hope to see you all there this week. Oh and a reminder we will be keeping the venue on Wednesday it just seems like it works better for the majority of the people

Thanks to all who came out for our third week of IMPACT! We all had an amazing time! Congratulations Phoenix and Doug on their competition wins! First SC tournament was a success!

So folks know, IMPACT will be skipping next week due to WINTER BRAWL.
We will also have some door prizes the first or second week of march, so bring your friends!

We will also be trying to get minor in-house tournaments going at this weeks IMPACT!.
Starting small, so expect pots ranging from 1-5$ (Not included in the venue fee), for KoF, SC5, and possibly for Street Fighter depending on who comes out!

We are looking to dedicate a Super Smash Bro's BRAWL system for people to relax and enjoy in between matches/ have a good time. If anyone happens to have a copy, and would be willing to donate it for the event time, I will be happy to waive the entry cost, and make sure to drop the game back off to you at the end of the event (Should you leave early).

Lastly, we have a few extra screens set up at the location if anyone would like to bring their system/controllers/any games that aren't on the roster. ALL GAMES AND GAMERS WELCOME.

hey everyone, 2 more days till the second session for Western Mass Impact! Just a reminder i will being making a announcement that night, kind of a big one to =P. Also i been getting a lot of talk with a bunch of people to decide if i should have Smash Bros. there or not and i came to a conclusion that ill have 1 set up there and thats it for now. The reason for this is because i know of that community and they can be very difficult other then that lets have a great day at the venue on Wednesday and enjoy gaming!!
