We’re thrilled to announce Monica Fisher as the newest coach to our Delco Athletics team! Monica brings an incredible 14 years of CrossFit experience and 12 years of coaching expertise, along with her background as a swim coach at the Ridley YMCA. She’s a dedicated mom of two, a powerhouse athlete, and a soon‑to‑be wife…bringing crazy, fun energy, knowledge, and heart to every class she leads. We’re excited for the community to get to know her and to learn from everything she brings to the table.
