Two good news stories #1 New cool interactive map showing red tide in Florida #2 good news WE ONLY HAVE LOW COUNTS OF RED TIDE IN Manatee county !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeah!!!!! My spies tell me that the water is clearing quickly as well. Keep the fingers crossed and Prayers coming.

Afternoon all - We are going to order 10 of the full face snorkel masks for next season. We order direct from China. All are blue, all have the goPro mount. We get them at a decent price $34.55 including shipping to us. if you want to add to our order, let us know and we will get you one or more. Local only. Good product, we have been using the same units for 4 years. There are some nicer units out there for about $60 but price per durability we like this bread. YOu're not saving a ton, you can get them on Amazon for about 40.

From Cortez rd to Jewfish Smell, not bad, 2 spots that we caught some dead fish smell 1 - 10 10=good, 1 = bad 8

Floaters The swimming dead. 6-7 floaters with a light breeze from the east. Rate it a 7

Color, Never super great color here BUT throughout the trip the brown /red color was present and some times dominating. Rate 2

Jewfish and Gulf side of south sides of AMI
Had 3 cough attacks, short but still caused by red tide Smell was not bad rate = 8 Only 3 boats at Jewfish

10-15 floaters rate = 7

Color was bad rate =2

Sister Keys North east to Tidy Is. See above.... color was bad smell was okay.

Happy to get on the water but sad to see the waters we love being attacked by this nasty bloom. Lots of businesses are hurting including ours. I see very few ways this will leave soon. No storms..... so may need to wait till water temp drops below the point that red tide algae has issues reproducing. I miss my customers, I miss my waters, I miss my dolphin, I miss making some money. Say prayers that this crap goes away soon.
