Is this an optimal meal as far as peak health and nutrition goes? No.

Is this the best I could do with 10 minutes of prep? Yes.

Sometimes life doesn’t deal the best cards. You work with what you’ve got. 🤷‍♂️👍

Similar meals with a slight difference can make a big difference in variety. Add a Cajun seasoning for one and a Hawaiian BBQ sauce for another and these are completely different meals.

2 eggs, cherry tomatoes, coffee and fresh pressed juice. She’ll usually take a protein shake to work that she drinks an hour or two after this since there’s only 12-15g of protein in this meal.

*Juice*
4 Beet Bulbs
1/2 Pineapple
4 Red Apples
1 Lemon
1/2 Mango
1 Ginger Root
