For the past 8 years, he has designed custom training programs for professional athletes around the world. For the past 8 years, he has designed custom training programs for professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB and various MMA organizations including the UFC. Jamal specializes in improving speed, acceleration and movement, which has helped hundreds of professional and collegiate athletes tak

e their game to insurmountable levels. Over the course of his career, Coach Liggin has had numerous NFL 1st rounders and early round draftees come out of his customized NFL Combine Prep program. His program continues to grow as more and more top tier athletes pile in looking to enhance their speed, agility and power, endurance, and flexibility; which in turn decrease the chances of injury and increases an athletes longevity. When not training an elite class of athletes Jamal is creating countless training programs for his celebrity clientele which includes but not limited to Sean "P. Diddy" Combs (Artist, Mogul), Josh Duhamel (Transformers the Movie), Jeremy Piven (Entourage) and Super Model Naomi Campbell.
