Jiao Li Kung Fu

Jiao Li Kung Fu Traditional Chinese Martial Art training in Hung Ga Keun and Dei Tong Keun (Gou Keun). are a part of the regular training regimen.

Jiao Li Kung Fu is largely based off of the Hung family fist (Hung Ga Keun) and Chinese groundboxing (Dei Tong Kuen). However many techniques from other styles have been incorporated into the training. For example strike combos from Choy Lay Faht, wrestling techniques from different forms of Shuai Jiao and Chin Na from various styles of Kung Fu are part of the regular curriculum. Additionally cros

s training with non Kung Fu styles is also an important element of Jiao Li. Jiao Li Kung Fu focuses on a progressive hands on application based method. Both modern day safety equipment (Lei tai/MMA gloves, San Da gloves, sparring gear, pads etc...) as well as classical conditioning equipment (iron rings, hand weights, sand bags, etc...) Though Jiao Li is mainly focused on combative aspects of Kung Fu, it is not done at the expense of the core fundamental training that makes Kung Fu especially effective. The Kung Fu foundation is the basis from which all techniques are practiced and utilized.
