COURT HOURS – Sunrise to 10pm

Place your paddle on the rack of the desired court and wait your turn. Players represent themselves utilizing (1) paddle. No holding spots on other courts. No group is allowed to monopolize courts. We play 4 on 4 off unless no one is waiting. If there are three players on the rack then the th

ree play next with one person from the winning team. If there are two players on the rack then the winning team remains on the court. Winning teams are the first players to place their paddles on the rack
There is no reserving of courts, clinics, tournaments, round robins or challenge courts of any kind, unless designated by the Hollywood Pickleball Committee or the City of Hollywood. Lessons are given and posted times are coordinated on court # 3 by Hollywood Pickleball Committee or the City of Hollywood
Games are to 11 and you must win by 2
Proper attire and proper footwear are required. Playing on wet courts is prohibited. Please do not move the benches. They are located under the awnings for your safety. No animals or pets, bicycles, motorized cycles, scooters, rollerblades, roller skates or skateboards are allowed inside the Pickleball area at any time. Alcohol, Drugs, Gum, Glass, Loud music and Smoking of any kind are prohibited. Seek shelter and clear the courts during inclement weather and/or lightning. Garbage cans are provided on every court. Please discard all waste and help us keep our courts clean. Rules exist to promote safe, fair and desirable play for all. Good Sportsmanship, proper etiquette is required at all times. No vulgar language on the Pickleball Courts. Bullying will not be tolerated. Refusal to follow these rules may result in expulsion or suspension from the Pickleball Courts. Hollywood, Florida, e-bikes are legally treated the same as traditional bicycles. You can ride them on streets, in bike lanes, and on sidewalks. However, all motorized devices are strictly prohibited on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk unless operated exclusively by human power.Florida State E-Bike LawsFlorida law (outlined in Florida Statute 316.20655) regulates e-bikes under three specific classes:Class 1 & 2: E-bikes that provide assistance or exclusively propel up to 20 mph.Class 3: E-bikes that provide assistance up to 28 mph. (Riders of Class 3 e-bikes and anyone under 16 must wear a helmet).General Requirements: Must have fully operable pedals and an electric motor of 750 watts or less.No License Required: You do not need a driver’s license, vehicle registration, or insurance to operate a legal e-bike.Local Rules in Hollywood, FLWhile state law allows e-bike use in many public areas, the City of Hollywood has specific local ordinances:The Broadwalk: No motorized devices—including e-bikes and e-scooters—are allowed on the Broadwalk. If you ride on the Broadwalk, the motor must be completely off, and you must operate it solely via human power.Sidewalks: You can ride e-bikes on sidewalks, but you must yield to pedestrians and obey a safe, reasonable speed limit (often restricted locally to 10 mph on busy shared paths).Traffic Laws: When riding on the street, e-bike riders are subject to all traffic laws and duties applicable to human-powered bicyclists.
