BJJ is considered a martial art, a sport, a method of promoting physical fitness and building character, and a way of life. South Florida Jiu-Jitsu Academy would like to introduce you to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art that will equip your child with self-defense skills on and off the mat. Our children’s program focuses on quality martial arts instruction, self-discipline, respect, team work, and of course, lots of fun. Our children’s program teaches body awareness and coordination through games and different exercises while introducing self-defense games, techniques and core concepts. Ultimately, your child will learn how to control someone and diffuse confrontation without violence. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I would like to wish everyone a very warm and fuzzy Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year from my family to yours. The year has once again come to a gracious end and I wanted to share how thankful we are for the friends we have, the acquaintances we have met throughout the years and our mentors and the wise that continuously guide us.

One more year filed with sweet recollections and challenging times has passed. We wish you have a brighter year, fearless of the new exciting challenges that await us. Happy New Year!
