In this class we use a mix of endurance, strength, balance, and explosive movements. We make this class a fun atmosphere, and all levels are welcome and encouraged. Coaches can modify each workout as necessary.

If you are new to striking, we now offer functional striking classes to start in. This class is a circuit with functional workouts, where we will cover the basics of boxing and Muay Thai. There is no live training in this class, so it is the perfect class for those who are worried about injury, but still want to do a good workout circuit and enjoy striking.

Adults - 06:15 pm - 07:00 pm
