Class is taught from chair level on Wednesday from 3:15-4:00
Cost $5.00 per class/$2.50 for participants currently in WakeMed programs


HealthWorks Gymnasium at WakeMed on New Bern Ave, Raleigh Campus
Tuesday at 11:15-12:00
Class is taught from chair level
Alternating weeks with Zumba or Yoga, weights included
