Since 2022!!!

I began bodybuilding in 2015 on a dare and have been self coached since. I learned a lot the hard way over the years and built a strong foundation. Joining in 2022 was the BEST decision I made in my professional bodybuilding career. That year we brought home 4 pro wins and my best look yet! There is no better Head Coach than (his resume speaks for itself). There is no better CREW than TNEC! Proud to be 💪🏽💙🌱🏁

The YMCA has given so much to us, that I just had to give back a little by riding to raise smiles!

Today is our Day of Giving! We are riding 200 miles to raise awareness and funds for our community members in need, Join us and give today!

Happy Fathers Day to my baby daddy! Theryn and I are so blessed to have you in our lives. You were already a dad when we met, and I knew then just how wonderful you would be with all 5 (soon to be 6) of our kiddos! Our family is growing into something truly beautiful and full of love 💙🍪💙

We have been planning this since June and are so proud of the package we brought to this prestigious stage! This weekend was an absolute blast that we would not trade for the world. We may not have received the placements we set out for, but we brought our very best yet!

When you get an opportunity to do a photo shoot with a killer client, you take it! .futuremore absolutely crushed her very first prep and very first show with 💙💚💙
futuremore came to me just 8 weeks before Supershow on a mission to earn her pro card. I am thrilled to say we conquered that goal! She took home 1st & overall in masters bikini, 1st & overall in novice, and 2nd in open bikini. I could not be more proud! 🥇

I set off this season with several goals in mind…I have now accomplished two of them!

1. Regain my title as Pro Bikini Champion

2. Bring an undeniable package to and show the true competitor that I am!

I knew that I needed to come in leaner and tighter to meet the standards of this prestigious organization. and I crafted a peak plan to achieve this look and WE nailed it! I am proud and honored to call myself a competitor and coach! 💪🏽💙🌱 Thank you for welcoming me to the team with open arms and two solid wins so far!!!
