ALPHA traveled to Wilmington for their final 12U tournament of the spring season 🌊☀️ Through unfortunate weather delays, record breaking heat and changes in schedule they went 3-1 on the day and Coach Ron remains undefeated on Boseman Field. 💪🥎 Very proud of their season and work they continue to put in for this game they love ❤️ A big THANK YOU to Coach Jen for her dedication to this team and continued focus on development (above all else)! Another big Thank You to the ALPHA families that keep this train moving - it takes a village and we have a great one! A little summer break before we kick off fall season at Ship Yard ⚓️🚢

Work at home is how you get better. 🔈 WORK AT HOME IS HOW YOU GET BETTER. What you do to improve YOUR skills on YOUR time so you can show up and give 100% at practice is where you will see change. One or two days of team practice won’t get you there. It’s never luck or talent - it’s always work, it’s always reps.
