We had a great turnout last night for our Women’s Self-Defense Class! We would like to thank everyone who attended, including members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce, parents and ladies from our PMA family, and other members of the Holly Springs community.

A special thank you to Master Lori and Sensei Kaia for leading such an engaging and informative class. Great job, and thank you to everyone who helped make the event a success!

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

We are grateful for the courage, strength, and selfless service of those who gave everything for our country. Their sacrifice reminds us of the importance of honor, respect, discipline, and unity — values we strive to teach every day on the mat and in our community.

This Memorial Day, we encourage our students and families to take a moment to reflect, remember, and give thanks to the heroes who served and sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy today.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our 20-Year Celebration event on Friday night! We had an amazing turnout from students, parents, friends, and members of the community.

We are especially proud of all of our students who stepped outside of their comfort zones to showcase their skills and participate in the demonstrations. Your hard work and courage made the evening truly special.

We would also like to thank all of the wonderful students and families from the past 20 years who have helped make our program possible and successful. Your support, trust, and dedication have meant so much to us throughout this journey.

We are excited and grateful as we look forward to the next 20+ years of changing lives through martial arts! 🥋💙
