Pace Yourself Run Company was born when a group of local runners, who also happened to be craft beer fans, started thinking about creating a place in town for walkers and runners to get their shoes and gear. We didn’t want this to just be another place where people come to buy stuff. We wanted to create a destination — a place where we would love to hang out ourselves.

Last Tuesday was a “picture perfect” shoe demo!

Thank you Saucony for allowing us the opportunity to test-run the recently updated, high-cushion Triumph 24 and lighter, swifter Azura.

We can’t wait to get the disposable camera snapshots back from the developer! Yes! They will be shared with everyone!
It’ll be fun to see the Run Club through your eyes!

We hope you can join for part, or all, of this fun Saturday adventure!
Everyone’s invited!
(A great way to spend time with Dad, but it’s geared for all!)

The day will start with a trail run/hike of up to 5 miles. Then, after we finish, there’ll be opportunities for food & drink and time on the river...the Haw River!
It’ll be a great way to cool off!

We’ll be starting from the General Store and run/hike these trails :

Haw River Farmhouse Ales is on site too!
