Ronin Sport Performance is owned and operated by Chad Pearson, who currently serves as a Human Performance Strength and Conditioning Specialist for an elite military Special Operations unit helping one of Americaโ€™s finest fighting forces in all aspects of Performance Resiliency and Human Performance. Coach Pearson was a two-sport athlete at Buena Vista University (IA) starring in both Football as

well as Track & Field. After his college career ended, Pearson became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the NSCA and has coached at 5 NCAA Division-I universities over the course of 14 years with appearances in 8 FBS Bowl Games, an FCS Playoff Semi-Final game, an NCAA Basketball Tournament Sweet-16 match-up and has helped produce over 30 NFL athletes and over a dozen NFL Draft picks. Ronin Sport Performance is meant to serve as a resource for any athlete looking to improve his/her athletic potential while decreasing the potential for injury with sound and effective training methods, research-driven performance metrics, with an emphasis on Long-Term Athletic Development. Ronin Sport Performance also provides coach-to-coach mentorship, education/curriculum development, program planning and periodization for both weight training as well as on the field/court performance consulting. Ronin Sport Performance is able to provide the highest quality of training and consulting for athletes and coaches from youth level to elite professional athletes as well as the Military/Tactical community.
