Hello fellow cyclist, we first start this page as support for our cycling team at San Benito High. In time that didn’t unfortunately work out; but good news is the kids that were on the team all still ride and are successful wonderful adults!
I would like to change gears and have a page where everyone can post rides, plan group rides, and help be a better cycling advocate for our county. Thank you to all of our followers; we’ll see you out there riding be it road or dirt. Just remember to ride safe please.

“As the first and most-established scholastic mountain bike league, NorCal gets to see all the markers of the sport’s growth before anyone else,” says Vanessa Hauswald, League Director. “This freshman class is an example of a big leap forward in the impact of cycling in the lives of young athletes. We’re going to look back and talk about where we were when this shift happened.”

Saturday’s pre-ride was a study in slop. Recent rainfall, meager though it was, had turned Fort Ord’s sandy loam into a tepid pudding of mud and frustration.
