Just a little reminder this Labor Day weekend that life should feel good! It’s not always light and can be heavy. Sometimes too heavy just for 1. Don’t be too proud to ask for help in any way that you may need it.
Most of us work really hard. Some harder than others. If you are fortunate enough to have a 3 day weekend please enjoy every second of it!
We will be having 1 class Monday morning at 7am. I’d love to see some new faces - and of course my amazing, entertaining regulars!

Here’s a little more info on our Pilates by the pool event.
door will be open at 8:45 for anybody who wants to get there a little bit early and find their spot on the turf (limited space) our class will start at 9:30 AM sharp. ALL LEVELS are WELCOME!
After our Pilates class I will be offering your first sip on me. You are welcome to bring some extra sips in a cooler if you’d like. The remainder of our time will be spent supporting our local vendors Monroe Permanent Jewelry 𓁹 , Osier Wellness , 💗🧘‍♀️🍵🎀🫧✨ , theBAGELPLUG and maybe a little dancing with music played by local DJ Vanessa Rodriguez .

Here’s a list of items you may want to bring with you

Pop up or folding outdoor chair
Mat - maybe two for comfort
Water - I’ll have some to refill
Sunscreen
Towel
Bathing suit
Sunglasses
Visor or hat
Driver?
And of course your best energy 🙌
