Hollister Chinese Kempo Karate The karate program is run under the guidance of Master Sifu Marieta Delacruz. Participants age 4 and up and all skill levels are welcome.

A variety of Karate programs are offered including progressive karate instruction for students from the beginner to black belt level. Individuals, families, and siblings are all encouraged to participate. Saturday classes also avail

able in Gilroy (1:15-3:30pm). Sifu Marieta Delacruz – Chief Instructor and owner of American Self-Defense Academy, Hollister Chinese Kempo & Kempo Karate South Bay. Sifu Marieta holds a 7th Degree Black Belt in Chinese Kempo and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Kenpo. Trained in Martial Arts since age 12 because she was bullied in her neighborhood and at school. When she is not teaching karate, Sifu Marieta also works as a Certified Massage Therapist.
