We are frequently asked if kids are welcome at alpaca yoga. The answer is YES😊 All ages are welcome as long as they can stay on their yoga mat (not walking around chasing the alpacas) for the 45-minutes of yoga.
Join us for our next class Friday night 6:00-7:00pm $20/person.

“Hi all Tuesday night friends, I’m so sorry to say but I have to cancel tonight’s classes. I truly apologize but I’d like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone that came each week (or even just one week). Everyone made my first teaching experience so much fun and I’m so grateful for The Whole Approach, Lauren, and you guys for this opportunity! I hope to be back sometime soon, but until then I’ll be teaching in Blue Mountain Lake at the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts if you’re ever up that way and want to dance, step, or strength train😁. When in doubt, put on some country tunes and dance it out.💓”
