Hi REFITers,
We’re a small, yet fierce force up in The Loft these days, finding our way with new streaming leaders. It’s been good learning! Even still, we’re holding on to some golden oldie practices. We'll have normal REFIT tomorrow, but then a Halloween themed REFIT next week, October 30, with treats (no tricks) after our rockin’ workout. Come dressed from any decade you like e.g., 80’s, 20’s, 90’s. And, if you have easy access to a snack, please bring that too.

Hey REFIT! We're starting back up for the fall this Monday (September 18) with some changes -
1. We'll be meeting upstairs at Calvary in the Loft. Enter through the main doors and head up the stairs that are immediately on the right. We'll make sure there are some arrows to point you in the right direction.
2. We'll be doing video workouts instead of having live workouts.
3. SNACKS! We'll have some this Monday :)

Happy New Year, REFIT on 8th Crew! Unfortunately we're going to cancel REFIT for tomorrow (because I have COVID...booo!!!!) BUT, REFIT is hosting an online World Wide Workout tonight at 7pm that you can stream live tonight or rewatch anytime through January 3. If you join the workout, post here and let us know if there are any songs we should do this year, and see you January 9! -Laura

Tomorrow is JINGLE REFIT! So wear your jingly jangliest outfit (and don't worry, we'll have jingle bells for you!) for this last REFIT of 2022. There will be prizes for festive costumes, Christmas songs, and snacks afterwards! 7pm in the gym at Calvary. We hope you can make it!
