Wow

On the Maumee River in Ohio the regulations require inside the mouth! Outside is considered a snagged fish and would receive a citation. However, just north of us on the Detroit River and Saginaw this is considered legal. Stinger hook in the mouth and jig on the nose.

This doesn’t seam like the DNR across Ohio and Michigan are aligning on regulations. What do you think?
