It's been a minute.....as the Americans would say😁.... I'm loving my job at Fitness Together, Holland. My boss and the studio owner Jenny DeJonge has been and is absolutely amazing - I love her to bits. Do I miss SA and Heartcore Body and all my friends/clients? ABSOLUTELY!!! BUT! Life goes on and one must make the most of what God gives us. I hope you are all keeping fit and functional and looking after yourselves. I'm getting along in years, but I'm keeping on keeping on and I hope you guys are too. Love and miss all my SA people 🌸💖

Last 3 km - my face says it all. It took a lot out of me, it was my worst marathon time ever but I DID IT!!! Having said that, I think I'll stick to Half Marathons for a while.
