Took my son with me to the gym yesterday and he absolutely loved it, I have definitely found my new gym partner 🥰 We did some kettlebell work and hit a few weights, he's excited to start this transformation journey together! He's looking for gains, I'm looking for weight loss and gains 💪🏾😊 Let's get it!!

I started this journey at 189lbs, had gained 2lbs but I didn't let it get me down... as of today I have officially hit the 170s weighing in at 178lbs 🥳 it's the small victories for me, that's 12lbs down so far 💪🏾😁

So y'all know it's real! I've been big and I've been small 😶

At my biggest I was 235+lbs and a size 22, I was uncomfortable in my own body and my self confidence definitely took a hit 😮‍💨 I had to change that!

I lost over 100lbs and got down to around 114lbs and a size 4, but tbh that was too small for me so I got back to around 130lbs which felt much better.

I'm beginning this journey right now at 189lbs, let's see where this journey takes me this go round 💪🏾😁✨

Hey y'all 👋 I am starting this journey in the hopes of losing a few lbs, toning up and shaping up a bit, and inspiring others along the way! I have lost over 100lbs previously but have since put some of the lbs back on 😮‍💨

My intention is to try and build myself and get that curvy look without the surgery 😊 Along the way I'll be sharing some workouts to try at home, healthy & quick meal recipes and shakes, and tips that have helped me.
