It’s that time of year when your athletes may be visiting other gyms for camps and masterclasses. Kindness to new faces is the best example of sportswomanship your club could exemplify. We are an industry that can only thrive on helping eachother up.
Saying“hello” and “welcome”, holding doors for others, smiling and making eye contact, saving a seat for a new girl at lunch break and compliments are free. Good gym culture forms priceless lessons for our young athletes
