One step vertical jumps today did not disappoint. Congrats to Gracie Johnson being the first girl ever to jump 30 and to Hudson Otto on a solid 38.3!

Top ten cutoffs were 32.4 for boys and 23.9 for girls. It’s notable on the girls side that the top 10 cutoff was the highest ever.

Great job kids!

In the next week I will be gathering all the T shirt sizes and hope to have them soon.

Throwback video: the girls in this video are playing for the C1 Volleyball state title tomorrow, the 1st in our history.

This is the first group of kids to finish through Dusters Strength and speed. Six years of work learning to fight, scratch, and claw everyday. It was not easy.

I will never forget when they were 7th graders one day in the multi room I had some tough words for them that they needed to hear because we were not acting how winners act. There were a lot of tears. Girls, look how far you have come since then!

No matter what happens, this coach loves you unconditionally and is extremely proud of you. Tomorrow is the payoff.

Battle, fight for your lives, go straight at them right away, and never back down. Let’s get it girls!!

This is your reminder that junior high zero hours weights resumes this week for the rest of the school year. Boys will lift on Monday and Wednesday from 7:05-7:45am and the girls will lift on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the same time. See you then!

This is your reminder that the summer Dusters Strength and Speed Program starts on Monday June 2nd for both junior high and high school. Since there is varsity football camp from 7-9:30AM the entire week, group 1 will lift at 10:30am Monday, 9:45AM Tuesday, and 10:30AM Thursday. See you then!
