White Mountain Karate Karate for children and adults. Classes are designed for self defense, fitness, focus and a healthy way of life. Knife defense classes offered.

Classes range in age from 3-4, all the way through adult. Women's self protection workshops are also available monthly and private sessions as well.

Video games can be fun. They can improve hand-eye coordination, problem-solving, and reaction time.

But there are some lessons that can only be learned through real-life experience.

Why Karate?

At White Mountain Karate, kids do much more than learn how to punch and kick.

Through sparring, students learn confidence, timing, control, and how to remain calm under pressure.

Through traditional weapons training, they develop focus, coordination, discipline, and respect for the responsibility that comes with learning new skills.

Through skill-building drills, students improve balance, agility, athleticism, and problem-solving abilities while having fun and staying active.

Through kata (forms), they learn perseverance, attention to detail, self-control, and the value of consistent practice.

Every class is an opportunity to build confidence, character, leadership, and life skills that extend far beyond the dojo.

Our goal isn't simply to create great martial artists. Our goal is to help children become confident, respectful, disciplined, and successful young people.
