Your kids are watching. đâ¤ď¸
Not to see how much you can lift.
Not to see how fast you can run.
Not to see what you look like.
Theyâre watching to learn how you treat your body.
When children see their parents exercise, they learn that movement is a normal part of life. They see us making time for our health, challenging ourselves, having fun, and taking care of our bodies.
And those lessons can stick with them.
đââď¸ Movement becomes normal.
đŞ Confidence grows.
đ§ Physical activity supports healthy development.
â¤ď¸ Healthy habits start early.
đ¤ Exercise becomes something to enjoyânot something to fear.
You donât have to be perfect.
Just let them see you move.
Because one day, they may not remember your workoutâŚ
but they may remember that taking care of yourself was something worth making time for. â¤ď¸
