Last but not least, we’d like to congratulate Stacy Swan on winning the 4-wheeler raffle. From what I’ve heard, you’ll have to talk to Greg in his left ear for a few days while he recovers from some great excitement on the other end of the phone. We’ll certainly try to get a photo when he receives his prize!

Hey all!

Just wanted to take a quick moment to genuinely thank all of you for a great derby this year. We could not have asked for better weather! It’s amazing that all that work, anticipation, and planning unravels in just a matter of minutes at the end! This was the biggest derby to date, and makes us very excited for next year. We paid close attention to the way things went this year, and we are going to try some new things next year that we feel very confident will make this derby bigger, better, and more efficient.

Thank you again to the Maine Warden Service, the Holden Police Department, a huge thank you to the Regional Fisheries Biologists, and the biggest thank you to my employees that dedicate so much time and effort in to this event. I hope to see you all next year.
