This is for ALL students planning to participate in middle school or high school athletics during the 2026-27 school year.

📅 Physical Day: Thursday, June 4
⏰ Time: 8:30 AM
📍 Location: Holden High School Gym

North Oaks Sports Medicine will be providing FREE athletic physicals to help student-athletes meet LHSAA participation requirements.

✅ If you plan to play any sport next school year, this is a great opportunity to get your physical completed at no cost.

Please make plans to attend and take care of this important requirement before the school year begins.

Congratulations to these Rockets on being named to the LBCA All-Region Team! These guys have put together outstanding seasons and continue to represent Holden Baseball with toughness, hard work, and consistency every time they step on the field.

🚀 LIGHT THE FUSE THIS SUMMER! 🚀

The Holden Rockets Basketball Camp is back July 13-17 for boys & girls entering 1st-7th grade!

🏀 Learn the game from Holden coaches and players
📍 Holden High School Gym
⏰ 9 AM - 12 PM daily

Campers will work on:
✅ Dribbling
✅ Shooting
✅ Passing
✅ Defense
✅ Rebounding
…and more!

Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and snacks will be provided throughout the week!

💲Cost:
• $80 if registered before June 30
• $100 at the door the week of camp

This is always one of the best weeks of the summer and a great opportunity for young athletes to grow their skills, compete, and have fun around our Rockets program!

What a day for Holden Track & Field at the LHSAA State Championships! 🚀🔥

The Holden Rockets boys team finished 5th in the STATE — the highest team finish in school history! The Lady Rockets also brought home a Top 10 finish, placing 8th overall in Louisiana!

From early field events to the final races, our athletes competed with heart, toughness, and pride all day long. This group continues to raise the standard for Holden athletics and prove that hard work pays off.
