We want to thank 10-1 BJJ LEO Combatives for putting on an excellent seminar last week for law enforcement covering extraction and restraint techniques. Here at Forge Wrestling & BJJ we created a program that offers to train law enforcement and active military to the rank of blue belt because we believe those who serve should have the skills to effectively defend themselves in a CQC situation.
