We are so incredibly grateful to have the partnership we have with the Family Crisis Center to help educate on topics safety and awareness in relationships and out in the world as part of our Women's self-defense program every session. We love that we get to continuously offer a holistic approach to self-defense and awareness to our community that is completely unique to our area so that we can truly start to combat the issues women face to survive and stay safe in our world today.

After Aimee Peschka contacted Chelsy Blind, it didn’t take long for a partnership to form between a non-profit agency and private business.

New month has began! Gym dues are due!

For anyone that might have messaged the page or commented last week and we never got back to you, we apologize if we missed you! We were out in the Utah mountains, valleys, and canyons with little to no service for the whole week camping and hiking with the kiddos (honestly, went better than we thought but we found 5 days was their breakout point where every new sight and hike after that got the reaction of, "Wow....cool...so neat....are we done yet?" 😆)

We did 4-7 miles of hiking a day and camped all over the state, checking off Moab and Arches, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Horseshoe Bend, the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, and Four Courners off the list. We drove over 2500 miles and spent countless hours in the car together and still somehow came out of it still loving each other! 😆

We are ready to hit the mats again and will be back to our regular schedule this week, starting with wrestling and judo tonight! See you all there!

Coaches Tyler and Chelsy will be out of state to go hiking and camping through Colorado and Utah with the kiddos starting tomorrow and will be back for Thursday classes next week! We will have coaches for all classes except the kids class next Tuesday. We will be canceling Tuesday's kids class ONLY and will still have all other classes at this time.

Wish us luck tackling camping and hiking in the Utah desert with a 7 and 8 year old and all the driving to get there and back 😂

She's grainy but the captions make the fake Brazilian accent Ed put on to play the villain keeping the gender information from us all the more hilarious! 😂 Tyler fought the evil villain and showed him he was worthy of being a 💕girl dad💕 protector! We are excited to announced we will have 2 baby girls joining our family this fall to continue to legacy we are building here 🩷🩷
