We are adding some fall training opportunities this year!

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-8:00

Tuesday September 1-Thursday October 29

MUST have a valid USAW card

Cost: $100 for all practices OR $10 per drop in

Open rooms are starting June 1st!! We will have two times available for kids to go to open rooms. They are both open for boys and girls. Make whatever one work for you. Coach Cook will be Mon, Tues, Thur, and Fri from 7-8am. Coach Morgenstern will be in the room Mon, Tue, and Thur from 7-8:30pm.

Not happy with how your Folkstyle ended? Happy but don’t want to get caught?

Come join us this spring! If you haven’t signed up already please see the form in the comments so we can gather shirt sizes. We have also had a few more ask about singlets. We have already put in an order for singlets but if we have a minimum of 6 we can put any other order in. Please be at practice Monday or message the page or Coach Broeckelman if you missed out on the singlets and still want some!

Practices start Monday March 23rd
6-7 pm K-6th Grade (depending sizes some 5th/6th graders may move up)
7-8 pm 7th-12th Graders

Tentative tournament schedule that Coach B will be at

April 2-4 Adidas Nationals (if attending sign up under Cougar Wrestling Club)
April 11 DC Shootout (Dodge City)
April 18 Andale
April 25th WTC Gold Rush
May 1-2 State (Topeka)

Huge shout out to Amerie Hinz as she was selected to the 2026 KWCA Kansas Shrine Duals West Team!! This is a huge honor!! The KWCA Kansas Shrine Duals will be held at Fugate Gymnasium, Newman University, Wichita, KS on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Congrats Amerie!!

Good luck to Trinity Graves and Tristin Compton as the travel to Salina tomorrow to compete in the Grand State Tournament!! This was an invite only tournament for those that placed top 3 at state!! Go get them ladies!!
