Please understand that if your road or driveway is still iced we are not chancing one of our team members wrecking and hurting themselves and or getting stuck. If you have something (tree or tree limbs) in the way that prevents us from getting to you then you will not be picked up either. We understand your frustration, but our drivers safety comes first. There have been a few that we have not been able to get to so far this week. Hopefully, with these warmer temperatures and rain this mess will go away. Stay safe everyone!

We will be running tomorrow, Monday February 2, at driver's discretion. For clarification, because we have received messages. You will be picked up on your normal route day as long as we can get you you.
