Meet Angelika! Our amazing member turned front desk party host ...always bringing the energy, encouragement, and FUN every time she walks into Party Cycle! 🪩⚡️

When she’s not working as a speech therapist or coaching basketball, you can find her moving to Morgan Wallen, Drake & Tate McRae and throwing in her favorite choreo... army crawls to plank + sways. 🔥

Her motto says it best: “Progress over perfection. Growth happens one step at a time.” 🧡

Instructor Spotlight: Lauren 🪩🧡

Lauren brings the perfect mix of strength, positivity, and feel-good energy to every class she leads. Whether she’s on the bike or bringing the burn in Pilates, her classes are thoughtfully programmed, challenging, and always FUN.

Music has always been a huge part of Lauren’s life, from playing piano to creating the perfect playlist, and you can absolutely feel that in her classes. Expect everything from Taylor Swift and Rihanna to Teddy Swims, paired with creative choreo and moves that keep you engaged from start to finish.

Lauren is the kind of instructor who reminds you that there’s always another goal to chase and another version of yourself to discover. She’ll push you, encourage you, and make sure you leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

And if there’s karaoke after class? Lauren’s already in. 🎤🪩🧡
