Parent meeting! September 29th

Tomorrow is the big day!!! We can't wait to see everyone at our first hosted tournament!! This has taken a ton of effort from our amazing coach, Hannah, and a gaggle of parent volunteers.

Admission is $5 for parents, friends, supporters, and this is our only fundraiser for the LCMS archery team, so please come and support our growing team. They have been working hard!

***CASH ONLY***

-Top 3 teams in each division will receive awards
-Top 3 male and female archers in each division will receive awards.
-Admissions will be $5 for adults, kids 8 and under are free, cash only please. Doors will open at 8:00am on Saturday.
- Enter the gym from the front of the building, signs will be posted.
- Concessions will be on sale.

Save a Date!!!! November 23rd!!

LCMS will be hosting our 1st archery tournament. Our archers are excited to have a home crowd and show off their skills.
If you haven’t been to an archery tournament before come and see us in action!!
Come hungry because we will have concessions.
Admission is $5 per person and it’s cash only. This is our only fundraiser for this season.

First Practice: September 30 5:30-7:00 PM in the Abraham Lincoln Elementary School (ALES) Gym (Enter through the back of the school near the A/C units)

If you missed the parent meeting, information packets can be picked up at the LCMS front office.

THE LAST DAY TO JOIN WILL BE OCTOBER 14.
