Starting today, bridge work next to Creekside Barbell has started. Our gym will remain open, and the gainz will be made all day everyday!
Creekside Barbell can be accessed from both directions.
When you leave Creekside and your muscles are so swoll you can barely turn your steering wheel you can only turn right to leave the gym, since traffic is one way.

Ladies and Gentlemen we have got an upgraded piece of equipment as well as a new piece to the gym and an upgrade to the vending machine !!! We have all the goodies for the vending machine now.
•New Equipment to the gym …. Is the Life-Fitness Glute Kickback machine.. Tha b***y grower ..
•The upgraded equipment piece Is the Lift-Fitness Seated Dip machine with the metal handle grips and not the rubber handles like before..
