Fished the BASS Nation State Championship on the Sabine River. Took home 2nd place on the co angler side of the tournament. Advancing to the National Championship of BASS. It didn’t sink in after the tournament but driving home now and writing this post its hitting hard. I’m super excited to advance and put my fishing skills to the test.

Hunting season has come and gone. It was a great season and made some great memories. Can’t wait for the next year. Now it’s time to catch some Bass!

Stop #4 and #5 on The BASS Nation Southeast Region Trail. Fishing was epic! Saturday place 2nd with 19.32lbs and 2nd place Big Bass with a 6lb. Sunday had my limit by 7:30 am and culled twice by 10am. Weighed in 14.08 for 11th overall. Caught 95% of my fish on a black frog. A few other fish came on a variety of lures. Conroe showed out this weekend.

3rd stop for the B.A.S.S Nation SouthEast Region. This was a perfect day. Started off rough, missed a few fish. Mind started playing games. I told myself snap out of it. Told myself at 9am that I was going to win this tournament with zero fish in the livewell at the time. Boated 2 fish a few minutes later. Stuck with it, caught another keeper then anchored my 5 fish limit with a 7lb and icing on the cake boated a 9lb Giant! I learned a lot about my ability and to never give up. This win was for you Dad.

Got out on the pond yesterday afternoon to catch some dinner. Crappie was a success and caught a bonus ggggiiiiant Bass!! Caught on pink kids rod and 6 sense crappie jig.
