My academy is offering a Christmas Special on private lessons with myself or any of my talented team of instructors!

Lesson times are wide-ranging from early mornings to late evenings and are catered to your specific goals!

My school is located in Hockessin (Lantana Square) but I am also available to do at-home training.

Hey all! It's been a long time since we posted here but we're still here and still conducting private sessions!

And speaking of private sessions...here is our BIG SALE!
This will be a one-time deal to help us off-set the clobbering the pandemic has inflicted on our academy!

1-Month Block of Privates: $400 (normally $800)

3-Month Block of Privates: $1450 (normally $2400)

6-Month Block of Privates: $3500 (normally $4800)

12-Month Block of Privates: $4500 (normally $9600)

Early mornings, some afternoon and evening hours are available!
Training is catered to the individual. If you'd like to pursue Karate, Hapkido or Scientific Fighting Congress certification it's available.

Trainer Rob Kloss has 35+ years in the martial arts and fitness field and is co-owner of Hockessin's Cornerstone Martial Arts in Lantana Square. His studio has served Delaware since 1990 and has amassed a tremendous reputation for excellence in teaching as well as customer service.

Important! Do you know someone who suffers from Parkinson’s disease? This program provides amazing results and support for those who struggle with this disease. Please help spread the word!

ROCK STEADY BOXING CORNERSTONE IS HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE READY TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST PARKINSON’S DISEASE.

We are now scheduling assessments to get classes started! You can reach us at 302-307-2477 to schedule or with any questions/concerns. Rock Steady Boxing is for those diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.

Monthly membership will most likely be $140 a month or $15 per class. We have a tentative schedule of M, W and F from 11:45-12:45 and T and Th 9:30-10:30. We will add classes as needed or add more time to the existing classes. Assessments will be required prior to starting.

You're also welcome to make a time to come check out the gym as well.
