and I have been training for several months together FULLY VIRTUALLY! We were lucky enough to finally meet and do a session together in person, which we used to fine tune form, muscle activation, and enhance all of the movements we've been working on together.
From where we started to where we are now, Vaishali has come SO FAR. Not just with strength, but with mobility, movement, body control and awareness, and overall health. Can't WAIT to see how much more we can accomplish!

🚨FORM MATTERS-- IT REALLY FREAKIN MATTERS!!!!!🚨
Working out with a purpose is FAR FAR SUPERIOR to working out just to sweat. FORM. FREAKIN. MATTERS!!!
Every specific exercise has its purpose- whether it's a seated bicep curl or a full body HEAVY deadlift. If the muscles that are SUPPOSED to be working aren't, then what's the purpose? If you are only engaging 2 muscles when you should be engaging 8, what's the purpose? If you're doing a lat pull down but your biceps are working, what's the purpose?! If you're doing a squat, and your back is crying, WHAT THE HELL IS THE DAMN PURPOSE?!?
Stop guessing, and start learning. Learn what it feels like to have your entire body engage during an exercise. Learn what it's like to actually feel your 🍑 during deadlifts. Learn what it's like to feel your abs burn (in a good way) during squats.

Video ☝🏼: single arm cleans while maintaining as stationary of a squat as possible. ‼️NOTE: because of my anatomy (long femurs compared to my short torso), my squats require more forward lean as opposed to being able to keep my torso super upright- hence not being in a full "deep" squat. The goal here is to get into a deep squat keeping STRONG and stable form while performing your cleans. Try not to bounce too much‼️
