Not because every alarm from your nervous system is accurate, and not because every feeling is a fact.

Our nervous systems can become sensitive, protective, or quick to sound the alarm. Sometimes in response to things that aren’t even dangerous.

The goal isn’t to ignore or blindly trust the signals from our nervous system.

It’s to notice it, get curious about it, and give yourself enough space to ask: “What is my nervous system responding to right now? And does this moment actually require protection?”

Growth can happen when we listen and understand. 🤍✨
