A mother is not only someone who gives life… sometimes, a mother is someone who helps another person remember how to live.
This workout is dedicated to the mothers by blood and by spirit — the ones who nurture, protect, guide, challenge, and leave every place they enter better than they found it.
Strength is not always loud.
Sometimes it is patience.
Sometimes it is sacrifice.
Sometimes it is the steady voice that says:
“Get back up. Keep going. You’re stronger than you think.”
