3. Do I have to sign up ahead of time? No but we encourage you to so we can anticipate how many runners we will have!

We know it’s going to be a hot one! Make sure to hydrate ahead of time and bring your own water bottle. 👏😎🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Your yoga date is officially planned. 💌🧘‍♀️

Join our upcoming 300HR graduates for a playful and heart-centered Partner Yoga Workshop designed to help you connect, laugh, stretch, and move together.

Whether you’re bringing your bestie, partner, sibling, roommate, or showing up solo, this all-levels experience will guide you through beginner-friendly partner poses, mindful movement, and plenty of opportunities for connection and community.

✨ Saturday, June 27
✨ 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
✨ $25 per person

As part of their final 300HR project, our grads have created a meaningful experience that gives back beyond the yoga mat.

All proceeds will be donated to Roots & Wings, an organization that supports young adults transitioning out of foster care by providing housing, life skills, education, and emotional support.

Come move for a cause, support our graduates, and leave with a few new memories (and maybe a few new friends too). 🤍
