Blackfin Rods was started in 1997 and it has been producing the highest quality, hand-crafted, American made fishing rods ever since. This is a process that only a handful of rod manufacturing companies can testify to practicing and we are proud to be one of them. Our Fin series rods begin with an American made E-glass blank. The rods then go through their multi-stage evolution by our skilled craf

tsmen and artisans using only the finest materials to their completion. Blackfin Rods prides itself on hand making the rods from start to finish. The Fin series has been tested to boast some of the best rods in the offshore market. The powerful durability of our Stand Up Tuna rods juxtapose the sleek, low parabolic characteristic of our Circle Hook rods for Sailfish; however every rod is produced to meet our professional standards. Blackfin is determined to suit the specific needs of its clients and provide them excellent customer service. We consistently demonstrate the type of worldwide customer relationships and skilled practices expected of a high end product. Whether a customer requires a specific type of threading or the boat name detailed onto the rod, we will be happy to fulfill any detailed requests. The Bonita Blast 2026 brought the fishing community together for an incredible cause on 8/14-8/15 - supporting the 🇺🇸

Congratulations to the "Great Life" boat team and Captain Eric Koenigs, on landing the Biggest Bonita of the tournament on a Blackfin Rods! 🏆🔥

We were honored to present the team with a Fin Legacy 88 and Jr. Angler in recognition of their incredible catch.

We're proud to be part of an event that celebrates fishing, community, and giving back to those who have given so much.
