Today we honor a man who dedicated countless hours to the game, helping shape memories for players, coaches, and families alike. His voice behind the plate, his love for the sport, and his presence on the field will never be forgotten.

The Hobbs Empire team participated in pool play, concluding with a record of 2 wins and 1 loss, which placed us 6th out of 26 teams in our age division. Unfortunately, our performance declined after the first loss in the bracket, ultimately eliminating us from the World Series. Nonetheless, a notable highlight from our final bracket game was Angel Montoya's impressive home run, his first over the fence, which will be a lasting memory in the World Series.
