Ok y’all!! We are back at a regular schedule!! Starting tomorrow, we will have Saturday classes again!! I am so excited to turn allllll my alarms back on!!! Come and join us!! If you have a monthly membership, Saturday’s are free, otherwise it’s a $5 drop in for each class!!!

We have two new Saturday classes and they are every other Saturday beginning July 15th!!

Happy Independence Day!!! Our schedule is a little different this week!!

Monday: Only 8am w/ Vere; 10am w/ Elena & 7pm w/ Vere

The rest of the week is regular schedule EXCEPT NO 5:30p/5:45/6:15p (Becca/Elena classes). We will be back to regular evening classes July 11th (as of now 5:30p & 6:15pm will be back unless otherwise posted)!! Enjoy your break and we hope to see everyone back for classes!! This season has taught me so much about why God gave me the dream of fitness fury. It’s the friendships, the love, the prayers & support. We have several out for surgeries, sickness and family stuff. The love and support of everyone checking on everyone is my WHY. Sure it’s nice to have loads of people but what’s even better is knowing and loving the ones that are there. In classes, we form so many relationships and become family. I am so thankful for each of you and we are all praying for all of you!!

Happy almost Monday!!! For me, it’s like Groundhog day’s!! For y’all, the ladies and Jeremy are still killin it in classes!!!

I get my staples out Wednesday and I cannot wait to see y’all as soon as possible!! I’m putting in all work so I hope y’all are too 💁🏻‍♀️🥰💜!! Keep on keeping on!! I miss y’all!!
